ONPATTRO

Injection Therapy

ONPATTRO infusion therapy is prescribed for the treatment of hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (hATTR) with polyneuropathy. You can receive your ONPATTRO infusion at Optimum Care  Infusion Center.

About ONPATTRO® Infusion Therapy

ONPATTRO is a prescription medication used to treat polyneuropathy caused by an illness called hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (hATTR amyloidosis).

hATTR amyloidosis is a rare and rapidly progressive condition caused by a change in the transthyretin (TTR) gene.  ONPATTRO infusion decreases the amount of TTR protein made in the liver. This helps to decrease amyloid deposits and may result in fewer symptoms. ONPATTRO infusion therapy is currently approved for adults over the age of 18.
